Ingredients
- 2 chiles rellenos.
- 1/2 kg. of beef diced.
- 1 tomatoes cut in cubes.
- 1/4 of onion diced.
- 1 garlic clove.
- Oil to fry.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- Fry the meat.
- Peel the tomato and roast it with the onion and the garlic.
- Add it to the meat.
- Peel the chile
- Cut the in pieces (rajas) and add it to the meat
- Add 5 cups of water and salt.
- Boil it until the meat is soft.
